For centuries beer had little change to it's method of staying cold and refreshing. For the common man it did not appear there was much room for improving a can of beer beyond changing the amount of barley and hopps. Then came Coors. The Coors Light brand has reshaped the way we as human beings interact with a beer can today. The strides they have made in improving the user experience is remarkable. It's like when the curve of the earth was discovered, Jordan introducing shorts then went to the knees, or the invention of the push up bra. Let us delve into the innovations Coors has enlightened upon us.

Activated Cold Can

Every Cold Activated Can or Bottle uses thermochromic ink, which turns from white to blue when your Coors Light is certifiably cold.

Wide Mouth Can

With a wider opening you enjoy a smooth refreshing pour with less slug. More enjoyment.

Venting Mouth Can

With a vent that allows air flow in, you have an even more refreshing pour. Method also improves ability to shotgun beers.

Inner Liner

Just like Hood Milk uses thicker milk bottles to keep out sunlight, Coors uses a blue inner liner to keep beers at their optimal temperature for a longer period.

Coors Light is planning a new online advertising campaign, scheduled for mid-April, that will promote 4:53 as the new 5:00 for office workers.

That's right, the company is actually branding a specific time of day in an effort to win over beer drinkers across America. The introduction of the 4:53pm Happy Hour could change the way in which America runs it's business and change the way clocks work.

The only thing Coors has ever done wrong in my eyes, and I hate to even mention it, is introduce Zima to the world. That's right, the beer we love to mock as the sissy beers of all sissy beers. Oh well we all make mistakes and Coors Light has made up for theres 100x's over.
