Not exactly a new video, but it still cracks me up everytime I watch it. Everytime I see it I pick up on another funny part:



This was almost 2 years ago. I'm going to assume he hasn't gotten any younger or any more lucid. Note that he's third in line to the Presidency, behind Biden and Pelosi. Funny though how a former member of the KKK keeps getting voted into office.

His incoherent blabbering is why we need term limits on all our politicians. Let senators have two 4 year terms, and representatives have four 2 year terms, and that's it. We can't have 100 year olds in power. They can't even drive.

Byrd's so old, he DJ'd at the Boston Tea Party. I mean he's so old, he knew Burger King back when he was a prince.
