Jabba the Hutt
Despite being a minor character in the Star Wars series, Jabba has engrained himself in popular culture due to his antics. He attempted to kill Luke and turn LEIA into a sex toy. Jabba wanted to throw the galaxy's heroes into the Sarlacc, but thankfully good prevailed over evil in the Battle of Carkoon. He's basically a greasy, fat, grotesque mound of lard.
Don't forget how he keeps throwing at Youk's head.
