It is amazing to me that soccer is the worlds most popular sport, hopefully for the sake of young kids around the world that will change some day. I am not writing this to offend anyone, I just want to state the fact that soccer is boring and makes no sense. How can someone expect me to watch a game where ending 0-0 is not uncommon. The games are 90 minutes long and 86 of those minutes are playing f'n keep-away. The field is enormous yet nothing ever happens. I don't understand how professional athletes can't put a round ball in a net the size of Rhode Island. No wonder fans start riots, they need some sort of excitement. All of these things make soccer an awful sport, but the absolute worst is the players flopping. How embarrassing. How can you even lift yourself off the ground after you take a dive to draw a penalty, makes me sick to my stomach. People who play soccer always say "Uggh you just don't understand." You're right, I have no clue. If each of us could deflate just 5 soccer balls a day, think of the difference we could make.
